Recording around 4 a.m. Central Time, the weary travelers also discuss the second day of their trip, including an inspired rant from Kyle about late-night eating in Bricktown.

alligatorSports Podcast - The Road To OKC

On an experimental edition of the alligatorSports Podcast, recorded and produced in a Toyota Echo on I-40 West, Adam Berry and Kyle Maistri recount their tales from the road trip to Oklahoma City, discuss the merits of college softball and go over some UF softball storylines that broke as they were trapped in the car for more than 20 hours.

We apologize for the fact that the sound quality is noticeably lower for this show due to the fact that it was recorded without our fancy new equipment. In addition, we were recording while traveling in a moving vehicle on poorly maintained highways.

We also managed to slip in our Gator Guarantees, Reggie Nelson Awards for Excellence in the Field of Sport and Kyle Jackson Bad Angles of the Week before Phil succumbed to whatever illness was slowly eating away at him.
